Terms and Conditions

1. General conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of holiday apartments through Feriesol. By making a booking, you accept these terms.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is only binding when you have received written confirmation from Feriesol and the deposit has been paid. We reserve the right to refuse bookings without reason.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and exclude 7% I.G.I.C. (Spanish VAT), unless otherwise stated. Prices include:

  • Rental of the apartment for the booked period
  • Consumption of electricity, water and wifi
  • Access to pools and common areas

The following are added:

  • Final cleaning: 86 EUR
  • 5th person supplement: 80 EUR per week
  • 7% I.G.I.C. (Spanish VAT)

4. Payment

Payment is made in two installments:

  • Deposit: 250 EUR per week payable within 8 days of confirmation.
  • Balance: Payable at the latest 10 weeks before arrival.

For bookings within 12 weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid within 8 days of confirmation.

5. Cancellation

The following cancellation rules apply:

  • More than 12 weeks before arrival: Rebook for a fee of 500 DKK. Alternatively, deposit is refunded less administrative fee.
  • 8-12 weeks before arrival: Deposit is forfeited. Balance is refunded.
  • Less than 8 weeks before arrival: Full amount is forfeited.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation.

6. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: Saturday before 10:00 AM

Deviations from these times can be arranged by prior agreement and depend on availability.

7. Number of guests

Apartments are designed for a maximum of 4 people. Up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) can be accepted for an additional fee. Infants under 2 years do not count towards the number of guests.

It is not permitted to have more guests than the booked number. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. House rules

As a guest, you are expected to:

  • Treat the apartment and furnishings with care
  • Respect neighbors and maintain quiet hours after 10:00 PM
  • Leave the apartment in clean condition upon departure
  • Sort waste according to complex rules
  • No smoking indoors
  • Do not bring pets without prior agreement

9. Damages and deposit

Deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition. Any damages or extraordinary cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

For damages exceeding the deposit, the guest is obligated to cover the full amount.

10. Liability

Feriesol is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings or valuables
  • Injuries or accidents during the stay
  • Circumstances beyond our control (weather, power outages, etc.)
  • Temporary inconveniences from construction work in the area

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers these situations.

11. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported as soon as possible during your stay so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Complaints after return will only be considered if reported during the stay.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Danish courts.
